Embodied Divine Experience
What Used to Work Has Stopped Working
A 3-Session Live Online Experience for Spiritual Practitioners and Seekers Who Have Reached the Limit of What Effort and Spiritual Technique Can Deliver.
With Ken W. Stone.
“Ken is one of my secret resources. When I’m in session with Ken I have the deepest spiritual experiences. There are a very small number of people I’ve spent time with where I feel the presence of the spirit in this way.”

Bestselling author of Emergence • Contributor, HuffPost & Spirituality & Health • Coach to Fortune 500 executives and Oscar & Emmy winners
SOMETHING HAS SHIFTED
For many people who have spent years in sincere spiritual practice, something unexpected begins to happen.
Practices that once opened something deeper stop working.
It doesn’t necessarily feel like failure – though it can. It can feel like quiet absence. A dryness. An effort that no longer restores anything.
You may have reached the limit of what agency, understanding, and technique can deliver. That threshold is not a mistake. It is a natural point of arrival in deep spiritual work.
you may recognize one or more of these three thresholds:
The Momentum Stops
Methods that once created momentum now feel dry or mechanical. What used to open something deeper has stopped working.
The Oscillation
Connection appears — sometimes unexpectedly — only to be followed immediately by old triggers or painful dynamics you thought were long resolved.
The Holder’s Ceiling
You hold space for everyone else. But who holds space for you?
If this page describes your experience, trust that recognition. The Embodied Divine Experience was created for exactly this moment.
“The work with Ken is much more resonant. It has super changed me … this is much more permanent.”
Angelika
The work with Ken is much more resonant — I can go much deeper with it. Over the last five years, it has profoundly changed me in ways I really cannot say were true before, in that other system. In that earlier work, I would very often fall back into the same patterns I had just released, sometimes within a week. And I saw the same thing happen with others I walked alongside in that system — whatever we had worked on would come back.
With this work, the change is much more permanent. I had come from a yogic tradition where everything was about going out of your body — out through the crown, and so on. I had done this very intensively for many years, and it really led me to bypass a lot of things. Whenever something wasn’t working, I could just go meditate, get out of my body, and feel happy again. It didn’t last long, but it worked for that period of time.
So for me, learning to actually be in the body was something I genuinely had to work through, because I was deeply resistant to it. About twenty years ago, another teacher said we shouldn’t go out — we should go in — and my honest reaction was complete dismissal. It was the last thing I ever wanted to do. I just wanted to get out of it all.
Ken has this wonderful way of working where you go a little bit, and then a little bit more, and then a little bit more — and you feel whatever needs to be addressed, so that you can be, more or less, who you truly are.
If you recognized yourself in what you’ve just read and seen, you’re welcome to join.
For practitioners who would normally seek this kind of depth through private work or longer-form support, the Embodied Divine Experience offers another way in at a very different level of investment.

WHAT THE EMBODIED DIVINE EXPERIENCE ACTUALLY IS
More than 3,000 practitioners have participated in Ken W. Stone’s sessions over the past two years.
The Embodied Divine Experience unfolds live online across three sessions spread over five days, each about two hours. The sessions take place as a Zoom meeting rather than a webinar, which reinforces the sense of a virtual circle. You’ll never be asked to turn your camera on, unmute, speak, or share. There’s nothing you need to do to prepare — you can simply arrive and be present.
Each session begins with a teaching for about 45 to 60 minutes. These provide reference points for the theme of each session — handholds as you orient to your path. They also help you recognize what may begin unfolding once we move into silent transmission. While the teaching is happening, some people in the circle simply listen. Others turn the volume down and sit with the transmission beneath the words.
What happens in transmission is difficult to put into words. The best phrase for it is Embodied Divine Resonance.
Once silence opens, you have an opportunity to be fully with whatever is unfolding for you. Each experience is unique. Nothing is forced, nothing is directed.
Something begins moving again where effort had stopped working.
Each session begins with 45–60 minutes of grounded orientation and teaching – context that helps you recognize what may be unfolding.
From there the group enters 75–90 minutes of held silence. This is not a meditation technique. It functions as a container where effort relaxes enough for the Divine to reveal itself in the body.
Participants commonly report heat, buzzing and tingling in the body, deep involuntary breathing, and tears that arrive without a story attached, as well as a settling of inner pressure that effort could not resolve.
When that noise settles, something unexpected often begins happening: The Divine begins revealing itself directly in the body.
Each experience is unique. Nothing is forced. Nothing is directed.
This container simply allows what is already ready to move.
You will never be asked to speak, share, unmute, or turn your camera on.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This experience was created for people who have reached the limit of effort-based approaches.
It is not:
- A manifestation technique
- A practice or system to master
- The “real secret” to conscious creation
- A way to make the Law of Attraction work
- A meditation method or breathwork protocol
If you are looking for a new tool or technique, this is not that. If you have reached the place where more tools and techniques are not what’s needed, you’re in the right place.
THE THREE-SESSION PROGRESSION
Because the deep end of the pool requires a bridge – this progression provides a grounded orientation as deeper presence begins unfolding.
Session One: Stages of Consciousness and Soul Embodiment
April 29 — 4:00 PM Eastern | 45–60 minutes of teaching followed by 75–90 minutes of silent transmission | Recording included
This session offers an orientation to the stages of consciousness and Soul Embodiment – a grounded way to recognize the visceral experience of Divine Presence in the body. It provides context for what may begin unfolding in the sessions that follow.
Session Two: Transmuting the Noise
May 1 — 4:00 PM Eastern | 45–60 minutes of teaching followed by 75–90 minutes of silent transmission | Recording included
When you go deep enough emotional and physical noise can surface. Triggers. Patterns. Old material.
Often, effort-based approaches to noise management and suppression ultimately amplify it.
This session offers a grounded orientation for meeting that noise without suppressing it — a way to be with what arises rather than fight it or fix it.
“My brain is genuinely being worked out — like a muscle. I feel tension shifting, movement going from my right brain to my left brain and back, and there are really deep moments where the noise simply stops.”
Harry, MD
Since starting this practice, I’ve come to see it as something that takes time — the way any deep learning does. School takes 12 years. University takes five. Studying medicine, as I did, took about 10 years before I could work and earn. You can’t rush it. And after five years of medical study, I knew things I couldn’t have known before, because I had to go through all of it to truly integrate it. This work seems to be similar.
What I notice is that my brain is genuinely being worked out — like a muscle. When we talk about the noise, I can feel something really happening in me right now, sitting here. I’ve never been much of a natural at sensing energy — touch, cold, warmth, that’s about it. But in this process I feel tension shifting, movement going from my right brain to my left brain and back, and there are really deep moments where the noise simply stops. If that’s the process, there’s no question about looking for anything else. I just want to continue.
I don’t want to read religious books anymore. I don’t want to read spiritual books anymore. I just want to have the experience. And if you ask me whether there’s value in what we’re doing here — I haven’t had this kind of experience in anything I’ve done over the last 35 years.
What I find remarkable is when Ken says that if you don’t want to listen to the words, just turn the volume down. I genuinely understand now that it’s not about the words. We learn from experience. I enjoy Ken’s stories because I can relate to many of them from my own life. But the fact that you don’t even have to hear the words and it’s still happening — that’s just outstanding.
Session Three: The Two Thresholds and Integration
May 3 — 4:00 PM Eastern | 45–60 minutes of teaching followed by 75–90 minutes of silent transmission | Recording included
Two thresholds often appear together in deep spiritual work: when effort stops working, and when profound presence alternates with old patterns surfacing. This session offers orientation for meeting both.
You may listen to the teaching portion of any session or turn off sound and remain in silence if you prefer. The container holds whether you are listening or not.

I’m Barbara Brown, and I have just had the most amazing three days at Ken Stone’s Embodied Messenger retreat. It was such a safe place. I’ve done retreats, I’ve led them, I’ve been to other events — but Ken’s was the purest form I’ve ever been invited into. It was a safe place for everyone to be with themselves and with one another. I just see a family rising up of spirit-led messengers who are totally in victory. I would invite you to work with Ken, to come to any of his events, and know that you will be safe.

DIVINE PRESENCE AS A LIVED EXPERIENCE
This view moves me profoundly. When I look at it, I think of the divine — by whatever name. For me, the divine is everything. It not only holds the container, it is everything inside of the container. And by container I mean everything in the cosmos — here on our planet, so much beauty in nature, including this, here in southwest Colorado. Isn’t that extraordinary?
It makes my entire body buzz and tingle, especially my hands and feet. That’s one of the ways I have an experience of the divine. In fact, when I’m in session with others, that’s exactly what happens — my hands and feet start buzzing and tingling. And for the people I’m in session with, whether we’re gathered virtually, they’re listening to a recording, or we’re in person, they begin having a visceral experience of the divine in their body. For a lot of people, that opens a deeper relationship, a deeper intimacy with the divine — perhaps similar to what opens when we’re out in nature.
But here’s the thing: when we’re in nature, we might have these peak experiences and then return to our lives as if they’re disconnected, as if they’re separate. When we do deep inner spiritual work — work through the noise and open to a deeper experience and deeper intimacy with the divine — those peak experiences, the kind many people can identify with, the profound beauty of a moment like this one, that resonance, that presence — it becomes available all the time. From my perspective, that’s the foundational aspect of who we are. There is nothing more essential to our nature as human beings than the expression and experience of divine presence.
The opportunity, as I see it, is to open to a deeper and deeper experience of divine presence — and to do so in a predictable and accessible way, through deeper spiritual practice, opening to something that is available all the time and that we can actually experience all the time. It is exquisite out here. But it’s also exquisite in there — inside you, inside all of us.
What’s available to us as human beings is a wholesale transformation. Instead of momentary peak experiences — in nature, with people we love, holding a newborn baby — there is another depth available all the time. And ultimately that leads to sustaining fulfillment and inner peace. It’s an exquisite transformation, one I’ve been involved in with people from around the world for nearly 18 years — probably longer by the time you see this. It results in a real and extraordinary shift in lived experience. Nothing short of a literal shift in consciousness.
I’m grateful we’re connected in this way. Until we’re together again very soon — peace.
Moments of presence often appear in nature, silence, or deep prayer.
Many people recognize the feeling. But those experiences often fade when we return to ordinary life — as if the peak and the ordinary are separate.
The opportunity in deeper spiritual work is different. Instead of brief peak experiences, Divine Presence begins revealing itself as a lived experience within the body itself — available not only on a mountaintop, but in the middle of an ordinary day.
“I’m walking in the world and — wow, I’m really in my hips. I’m really here, I’m present. And noticing when I’m not.”
AnnRaNae
This experience does not offer a technique to master. Instead, it is a container where the noise of doing settles – and within that space, something begins moving again.
KEN W. STONE
For 18 years I’ve worked with practitioners at the furthest edges of spiritual transformation – therapists, healers, and long-term seekers from many different traditions who have reached the limits of what their own methods can open.
Early in this work I facilitated sessions for a number of former advanced students of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Several independently described their experience as the deepest spiritual experience of their lives.
What Is Actually Happening in Session?
I’ve been asked – including recently by a longtime participant who was an attorney – what I actually do in session. She interrogated me about it, which tickled me. There’s no better question.
Less than you’d expect.
I show up. I’m fully present. And within that, Embodied Divine Resonance begins to move. God holds the container. I don’t get in the way of what the Divine is doing.
I Know These Thresholds From the Inside
I know these thresholds from the inside. On June 30, 2011 – a date I scheduled ten days in advance – I surrendered everything to the Divine. In that surrender, I let go of the wound I had spent decades trying to resolve through effort. The momentum had stopped – eventually I had to confront the fact that I didn’t know how to create an experience of unconditional love despite decades in the controlled pursuit of securing it. In the end, it could only come from God. Surrender isn’t a one and done. It’s like the breath: releasing each breath I let go of all attachments, breathing in I receive the full depth of divine presence anew, once again.
The second threshold – the oscillation between presence and old patterns – I can’t describe in the past tense. As aspects of my as-yet-unintegrated whole self become animated, I become consciously aware of what is in the queue to integrate. Embodiment, transmutation, integration. I walk with, not ahead of or above.
FEELING THE DIVINE WITHIN
“I had been looking for the Divine within for years… and for the first time I began to feel it inside me.”
Moonie Seagren
I was introduced to this program because my sister-in-law wanted to help with my high blood pressure. And lo and behold, I got to come off my blood pressure medicine because of this program and the process. But what I had really been looking for, for the past year, was the Divine Within. I’m in many 12-step programs — one of them will be 40 years this April — and I could never quite get there. God was outside. The Divine was outside. I knew how to surrender, but I surrendered outside.
So when I first heard Ken talking about the breath of God, breathing it in, I just started crying. And then I started to feel it inside — for the first time in my life. Coming into the sessions each week, listening to a lot of the replays, I began experiencing surrender from within.
Something else that has helped me enormously is the teaching around story — limiting the story when I’m talking to people, and getting to the feeling instead. What is the feeling before I tell the story? Just get to the feeling. That has been very, very powerful.
And then there’s the fixing. I’m the youngest of 11 kids, and 10 of them above me have spent my whole life trying to fix me. At 64, I don’t want unsolicited advice. I don’t need it. And here is a safe place where that simply doesn’t happen. What I need comes from me and from God. All of my 12-step programs are coming together in this process, and I’m just so grateful.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in each session?
Sessions are held live on Zoom as a meeting, not a webinar. Recordings are included if you’re unable to participate live, or you would like to revisit a session. You will never be asked to speak, share, unmute, or turn your camera on.
Each session opens with 45–60 minutes of teaching – grounded orientation to the theme of that session – followed by 75–90 minutes of silent transmission.
No preparation is required. Come as you are.
What if old emotional material or triggers surface?
This is a natural part of deeper spiritual opening. The second session specifically addresses how to meet these moments – a grounded orientation for being with what arises without suppressing or fixing it.
Will this conflict with my existing spiritual or religious tradition?
No. This experience meets you exactly where you are. Whether you use the name Divine, God, Source, Presence, or no name at all, the resonance remains the same. Nothing is imposed. The Divine reveals itself within your own context. People arrive from many traditions, and from none.
Can I really experience this through a recording?
Yes. Participants often report that the resonance is just as potent through a recording, and that they return to recordings when the noise returns in daily life.
“Through Ken’s recordings, I found the deepest, most beautiful part of me – the part I kept looking for out there. I relocated that which I seek – the alignment and connection I knew in my heart I could have every day.”
Rose Englund
Is this a therapeutic or healing container?
This is a spiritual container, not a therapeutic one. It is not intended to address acute psychological crisis and is not a substitute for professional clinical care.
Some participants report profound healing experiences, but healing is not the focus. The focus is the direct experience of Divine Presence within the body.
Will there be any selling?
No. The sessions are entirely devoted to teaching, transmission, and integration. Before the close of the final session I’ll briefly mention that information about continuing deeper will arrive by email on Monday the 4th of May. I’ll hold an informational call on Wednesday the 6th to walk through what that looks like and answer questions.
The three sessions of the Embodied Divine Experience are complete in themselves. There is no pitch during the sessions and no obligation to continue.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not offered. If something in you is hesitating, that’s worth sitting with until it resolves.
The thresholds that brought you here are still here
The loss of momentum you may be feeling – the dryness, the friction, the sense that your old methods have reached their limit — is not an accident.
These thresholds will be here whether you join or not.
The only question is whether they will be met with more effort…
Or within a container capable of holding them until they dissolve.
